By submitting an order via this website you agree that you have read, understood and accepted to be bound by the terms and conditions for Georgina Dunn Jewellery.
Prices are quoted in Australia dollars, payment will only be accepted in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Prices do not cover any bank charges or postage and packaging charges.
Georgina Dunn Jewellery reserves the right to refuse an order if it considers it to be suspicious or fraudulent.
Please choose carefully. At Georgina Dunn Jewellery we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will repair or replace faulty goods.

Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of contacting you regarding your order and will not be passed on to any third parties.
You can agree to have your email address kept on file to hear about product updates and special offers.

Direct transfer into my bank account. Information regarding bank account details will be sent to you once the order has been confirmed.
Money order - to find out more. Before sending a money order complete the order form and await confirmation.

No refunds will be given.
I do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully - if you require more detailed information about the item please email me prior to ordering.
If the goods are faulty I will repair or replace them.
Please note that all goods are handmade therefore slight variations will occur.

Postage is $5. I use the registered service through Australia Post which requires a signature on receipt.
Orders will only be delivered within Australia.
Orders over the value of $300 will not be charged for postage.

As each piece has been individually handmade and handcrafted, variations may occur.

Here are some points to remember

Regularly clean your jewellery. Silver tarnishes as it reacts with oxygen. I recommend a good silver cleaning cloth or even better some of Hagerty's silver foaming wash which is clean and easy to use. Hagerty's silver foaming wash is available from Georgina Dunn Jewellery or from reputable jewellery stores.
Never force or pull your jewellery out of shape.
Keep your jewellery in a jewellery box or bag.
